A Reminder From The Caption of The Lord’s Army – Homecoming (Joshua 5:13-6:2)
    Series: Stand Alone
When Joshua stood before the Captain of the Lord’s Army he had no idea that he was standing before God himself. In that moment he was not alone, he was given a clear command, he was on holy ground, and he knew he would win the victory. We can know the same when we choose to stand with our God.

Why The Gospels: An Intro To Year of The Gospels (Luke 1:1-4, John 20:30-31)
    Series: Stand Alone
In 2022 we are going to be focusing on the four Gospels.  The word "Gospel" simply means Good News and each of the four Gospels presents the good news of Jesus Christ through unique perspectives.  But the reason they were written remains the same; to tell of who Jesus is, what he was sent to do, and what our response to that should be.  As Luke says to Theophilus, the Gospels are written to us for the sake of knowing Jesus, and thus we must, as Luke, share Jesus to those who don't know him.  This is the Good News.

Thanksgiving 2020 Celebration – Thankful For The Fleas
    Series: Stand Alone

Let's be honest, we struggle to be thankful for the most obvious things; family, friends, our homes, jobs, transportation, health, food etc... How much more is it a struggle to be thankful for the things that aren't so obvious or are things we don't want to be thankful for such as the fleas. Today God is calling some of us to be more thankful... not just for the obvious things but for the hard things. God has you where he has you today to show you his goodness through his mysterious ways. Would you be willing to thank him today for your financial stress, your struggling relationship, your failing health, your frustrations and stresses? You never know how he's going to turn it around for your good. When You Find It Hard To Thank God For Something... Thank Him Anyway
