Community Events
Serving at one of our yearly community events is as simple as signing up to volunteer, suggesting an area that you'd like to work in, and caring for the people in our community! These events serve as a means of showing the people in our area that we appreciate them and are here to care for them. At each of these events we want the Gospel message to be delivered in a variety of ways and we want to provide opportunities for you to begin relationships that may lead to greater spiritual connections.
Easter Egg Hunt
Our annual Easter Egg Hunt happens every Spring a couple of weeks before Easter. We set out around 5,000 eggs in and fill around 300 bags of candy. Areas to serve include: registration, hay ride, prayer tent, face painting, popcorn, egg return, and greeter.
Trunk or Treat
Our annual Trunk or Treat happens every Fall a couple of weeks before Halloween. We set up around 25 cars with costumes, decorations, and filled with candy. Areas to serve include: registration, man a car, inflatables, hay ride, prayer tent, face painting, popcorn, and greeter.
Thankserving
Our annual Thankserving happens every Fall a couple of weeks before Thanksgiving. We serve around 300 meals which we give out at our church or deliver to those with no transportation. Areas to serve include: preparing food, preparing plates, and delivery.
