Earth Age

How did God create the world and how old is the earth? Is there a gap of time within the first three verses? Does a day represent thousands of years or more in the 6 days of creation account? Regardless of what you believe on these issues, and regardless of what you can't explain, can you trust the one who did it? Can you trust that he loves you? Can you trust the rest of his word? The age of the earth, as with most things we can't fully know, points us to a definitive creator we can put our faith in.
